RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Maxbens Returns and Exchange Policy

To return or exchange products or items , gift receipt, packing list, the original receipt or other valid proof of purchase must be presented. Maxbens will only accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from Maxbens. All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories, cords, adaptors, and documentation. Items must be undamaged and in good working condition with no alterations to hardware or software.

Cancellation of Order: Before Shipment

Should you decide to cancel the order, Maxbens requests you to call us on our toll free no +91 011-23845017 or email us on care@Maxbens.com to cancel the order before the shipment of the product.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

  • If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
  • If you received the product, you can return it immediately and contact Customer Support, informing them of the cancellation.
  • If you have accepted the product, it will be eligible for return. Please refer to the Return section for details on the same.

Return & Exchange Period

There are a few important things to keep in mind while returning a product you purchased from Maxbens:You have 10 calendar days from the original date of purchase to exchange any defective/ Dead On Arrival (DOA) unit. Such items are available for exchange only. After 10 days, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty to address issues with defective products.

Costs associated with consultations and installation services once performed Items that have been damaged, modified, or abused Items that are missing accessories.

All the items purchased during promotion period Except Dead On Arrival.

Returning Items on Promotion

Refunds will be limited to the amount actually paid at the time of original purchase. When returning an item purchased through a promotion, the value received via the promotion will be accounted for in the refund and deducted appropriately. If the promotion included a 'free with purchase' item, and the free item is not returned with the promoted merchandise, the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount. If the item being returned was part of a bundled promotion, all items in the bundle must be returned or the bundled discount will be voided and that discount amount will be deducted from the refund.

Returns by mail - Online Returns

For returns requiring shipping back to Maxbens other than defective or Dead On Arrival product, customer will be responsible for all return shipping and packaging. If you choose to ship your product back, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The Return Merchandise Authorization number will only be issued during the return period. You can obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization number from Customer Care of Maxbens at +91 1123855093 or by sending an e-mail to support@Maxbens.comMerchandise Authorization number are valid for 14 days from the date issued. Once an Merchandise Authorization number is issued, print / write the return slip and paste it on the box. Please remove or cover the original shipping label showing your delivery address.
If you return your product to Maxbens
(i) without a valid Merchandise Authorization number from Maxbens, 
(ii) beyond the applicable return period day period or past the 14 day RMA authorization period,
(iii) without original packaging, Maxbens reserves the right to either refuse to accept delivery of such a return or charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Maxbens will process your refund to the original form of payment. For COD / cash refunds, a corporate cheque will be mailed to the customer address. Please allow 14 days for processing from return date. You are responsible for and must prepay all return shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to Maxbens except defective and DOA cases. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Customer Care on +91 1123855093 within 13 days.
